I’m sure you have heard or seen people talking about making money “Flipping Houses”, right? You’ve probably even watched reality tv shows about it. Finally, you have to live in an area where there is a supply of homes that you can fix up and resell later for a profit. If you live in a rural area for instance there may not be a demand for newly remodeled homes.
